Digital data exchange pursuant to federal law
The Federal Law on the Platform for Electronic Communication in the Judiciary (BEKJ) was sent out for consultation by the Federal Council in 2020. With the introduction of this law, a mandatory requirement for electronic legal communication will be introduced for professional participants in the proceedings (e.g. courts, authorities/corrections, prosecution), ultimately replacing the outdated primacy of paper. Thus, the future electronic file will become the leading file, i.e. the digital exchange of data will be enshrined in law.
Our Xchange-Platform and our eneXs Server are already available now and fulfil precisely this purpose, among others.

As a central infrastructure, the software solution "Xchange-Platform" enables the exchange of messages, data, documents and files via different technical channels.

Our eneXs server is the dispatching centre for all queries to national and international databases. It serves as the central query server for all databases.
