JustControl – For labor market control both in the office and on-the-road

Simple checks on persons and documents of displaced workers

Foreign companies that send workers to Swiss companies are obliged to comply with Swiss mandated wage and working conditions. In order to have an overview of all reporting and authorization obligations as well as the necessary background information, we offer you a solid software option with our product JustControl, which makes it easy for you to validate personal data and documents.

With JustControl you can cover the cases for the labor market, social assistance, and the “black” labor market as well as prostitution labor control.

In addition, our solution offers you the interface for further processing to EasyGov. 

The typical workflow

  • In the Admin Client, all parameters and processes are configured; such as target wages, administrative codes, branches etc.
  • The actual work process then begins in the Home interface: all messages and tasks for the user are displayed here, work preparation takes place and the transactions are recorded.
  • The Affairs module is responsible for the actual control: place of employment, sanctions, wage calculations, recording employer, etc.
  • Reports: By means of text modules and text marks, a (signed) document is automatically created from the recorded data. 
  • The Outbox module has an interface to the post office. Here, postal items are triaged, prepared and sent via all channels. 
  • In the Statistics module, various views can be configured for analysis and evaluation.

Function overview

JustControl can be operated and used as a desktop application via virtual desktop and Terminal Server as well as on tablets.

The application has all the necessary functions for efficient and optimal labor market control. Moreover, JustControl can be connected to various peripheral systems; standard interfaces, e.g. for the federal government's person search, are already included. If required, ScanX can be directly connected for automated incoming mail.

Finally, JustControl can also be combined with our eneXs Server or integrated directly into JustThis Migration und JustThis Labour.
