The working method at a glance
JustThis Labour basically maps three main steps:
INPUT: Data, documents and information enter the system via various channels and, depending on the type, are usually automatically and correctly assigned to an affair or a person. Both the fully automated scanning process and the connection of third-party systems and federal portals such as EasyGov optimally simplify the processes.
THROUPUT: This is where the actual processing takes place: affairs, dossiers, authorizations, automated creation of documents based on templates, etc.
OUTPUT: The files, documents and information are filed or forwarded to another instance. Retention periods, data protection and security regulations are always observed.
