Basic functionality
Our framework basically maps three main steps:
INPUT: Data, documents and information enter the system through various channels and, depending on the type, are usually fully automated and correctly assigned to a transaction or person.
THROUGHPUT: This is where the actual processing takes place: everything is involved, from affairs or case management and investigation to reporting or document creation.
OUTPUT: The files, documents or information are filed or forwarded to another instance. Retention periods, data protection and security regulations are always observed.
